Simpson prides itself on the hands-on craftsmanship of its work. Most of the brand was narrowed in on a product, and we strategized this video & still campaign around the people behind the product. Inspired by the classic depiction of labor in photography, we used vintage lenses to create a unique, nostalgic feel across both video and photo. The still images were given a hyper-real, painterly treatment.
